Most of us are very excited when our renovations are finished. We are just dying to show them off to someone.
If you are about to finish your reno and you are just dying to show it off to the other people in your building, please let me offer you this bit of advice:
Avoid showing the upstairs neighbors. (Be sure your sound is turned up - WAY up.)
